Born on December 6, 1982, in the picturesque town of Oban, Scotland, Susie showed an early fascination with speed and mechanics. Competing against some of the best young male drivers in British and European championships, she consistently proved that skill knows no gender.

In 2012, Wolff joined Williams Formula 1 as a development driver—a role that went far beyond driving laps. She became integral to the team’s performance, contributing to car testing, data analysis, and performance optimization. Her insight and feedback helped engineers refine the cars, while she also learned the complexities of Formula 1 operations at the highest level.
